China-Israel Automotive Electronic Docking Exchange Conference has been successfully concluded

The purpose of this conference is to promote the technical exchanges and cooperation between China and Israel in the new energy intelligent networked automobile industry. Israeli automotive electronics enterprises represented by Mobileye, Innoviz, Hailo and NewSight Imaging are famous all over the world. This conference aims to build a core technology exchange platform for upstream and downstream enterprises in the new energy intelligent automobile industry chain between China and Israel.

Du Guangdong, Chairman of Shenzhen Shenglu IOT Communication Technology Co., Ltd., made a report entitled "Wireless BMS is a major development trend of new energy vehicles". Chairman Du Guangdong pointed out that under the background of changing energy structure and increasing energy storage demand, wireless BMS has great significance and value, which improves the safety and efficiency of large-scale energy storage systems, reduces the cost of large-scale energy storage systems, and is the ultimate solution for traceability of the whole life.

Su Shuping, general manager of Innoviz Technologies Ltd. China, gave a theme report on "Lidar Assisted Autopilot Fast Launch". Su Zong said: "BMW 7 Series Level 3 Autopilot Solution adopted InnovizOne LiDAR and successfully mass-produced it in 2018; Volkswagen adopted InnovizTwo LiDAR in 2022; A leading Asian automobile manufacturer also adopted InnovizTwo LiDAR in September 2022 and successfully mass-produced it. I believe that in the near future, Innoviz Lidar will become the first choice for most automakers' autonomous driving solutions. "

Wu Hongru, sales director of Hailo Greater China, gave a theme report on "High Computing Power AI SoC Solution". Zhou Bin, deputy general manager of technology of Shenzhen HardStone Co., Ltd., made a report on "Human-Computer Interaction Revolution and User Experience Innovation in Intelligent Cockpit Based on HUD". Zhou Zong said: "Augmented Reality HUD (Head-up Display) uses augmented reality technology and greatly expands the use scenarios of HUD. In the near future, it will gradually transition from W-HUD (W refers to windshield) to AR-HUD. AR-HUD has been mass-produced in the automobile front loading market."

Liao Weide, a product expert of Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., gave a theme report on "Intelligent Cockpit Design for the New Generation". Liao pointed out that "the users of the new generation are more sensitive to the technological configuration and appearance of vehicles, and the sensitive factors to brands and prices are reduced, which means that consumers pay more attention to the product strength of vehicles themselves. Under the dual pressures of continuous improvement of performance and function and downward price exploration, it is the current task of mainstream car companies to return to the essence of user demand and keep rationally improving product value. "

He went on to say, he believed that the upgrade direction of the new generation intelligent cockpit is based on security, creating the following four core capabilities that combine intelligence, quality and pleasure: 1. Establish functional security in cross-domain integrated domain controllers. Information security core capabilities and data security capabilities provide a safe and efficient software and hardware platform; 2. Taking user needs as the core design concept, the platform is intelligently upgraded, interactively upgraded, and personalized service possibilities are provided; 3. The platform realizes SOA architecture, software and hardware decoupling, and realizes software service interface platformization, which can be used for high-frequency OTA to empower the co-creation platform; 4. Realize the design of cabin berthing and even cabin driving integration platform, and establish the infrastructure for the central computing platform, so as to realize flexible tailoring and comprehensive efficiency of multiple models, and optimize the cost at the same time.

Lai Jianming, founder of Guangzhou Xingcheng Intelligent Technology, gave a theme report on "Heavy Data, Low Power Consumption and Highly Performance Autopilot Scheme". Lai Zong said: "Our team mainly comes from the autopilot and intelligent car departments of Tucki, Guangzhou Automobile and other head engine factories, and has experience in developing and operating passenger car autopilot products. We have adopted the most advanced autopilot technology scheme in China, and have passed the test of 100,000-level production cars and hundreds of millions of kilometers of operation. Now we have decided to reduce the dimension and attack, and enter the relatively small number of special self-driving vehicles, such as urban sanitation vehicles, distribution vehicles, inspection vehicles, logistics vehicles and so on. We expect to achieve revenue of over 100 million within 2 years. "

Mr. Zheng proudly said that they have successfully won three unique suppliers in the world and one unique supplier in China, namely, the only supplier in the world that can splice vehicles over 22 meters, the only supplier in the world that can splice airport covered bridges, the only track-level 360-view ADAS supplier in the world, and the only military-level 360-view system supplier in China.

Chen Shuai, Business Development Manager of OPSYS Tech in Israel, gave a theme report on "Pure Solid-State Scanning Lidar Helps Intelligent Driving of Passenger Cars". Mr. Chen said: "Our pure solid-state scanning Lidar can provide 300-meter detection range, high resolution and extremely high reliability for mass production vehicles at the cost of semiconductors. Duan Zong said: "In 2023, the global automobile investment hotspot moved from new energy to intelligent cockpit, and the intelligent cockpit of leading automobile companies came into being, all of which entered the initial stage of intelligent cockpit. Driven by capital, technology and market, China IOT Sensing Center has opened a new track of intelligent cockpit, namely digital cockpit. The digital cockpit solution we provide can realize four unique global functions: remote interaction, real-time safety alarm, piezoelectric vital signs sensing, safety + health + ridge protection. Yu Hongda, Vice President of Sales in Asia Pacific of NewSight Imaging in Israel, and Zhang Senyang, a senior FAE, cooperated with the theme report "Breakthrough Progress of Automotive CMOS Image Sensor Solutions". This Israeli start-up company, established in 2016, mainly develops CMOS image sensor chips with excellent performance and close price, and provides complete solutions for 3D imaging and spectral material analysis.

Mr. Yu said: "We have 6 cooperative customers for chip mass production, including LG, SSZN, PUMATROMIX, SLAMTEC, Thunder Yunhe, PEPPERL + FUCHS. The joint development customers include Shunyu Optical Technology, QUAENERGY and LIPS. The customers in the evaluation stage include Huawei, Toyota, Denso, Volkswagen, VIVO, EPSON, Softbank, Ophelia, Dreame, etc."

Zhang Senyang pointed out: "Our sensor system mainly has three operation modes: gray camera, multi-line triangulation and eTOF (enhanced time of flight). NewSight's eTOF is a patented 3D distance measurement solution that achieves unparalleled performance with an error rate of less than 1%. "

Cao Pei, deputy general manager of Shenzhen wunder-kraft Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech on "Electric Drive Demand and Solutions under the Trend of Automobile Electrification". Cao Zong said that at present, a new energy passenger car needs about 80 motors, and basically each motor needs a controller ECU. In addition to one or two main drive motors, most of these motors and controllers are micro-motors and controllers for motion control. It can be seen that the market of automotive micromotors is very vast and there are many opportunities.

He proudly pointed out: "In 2020, our tailgate controllers will be mass-produced on United cars, and electric pedal controllers will be mass-produced on Toyota, Yutong and other cars. In 2021, the electronic oil pump controller was successfully developed, which was designated by Changan Automobile and started mass production. In 2022, the tailgate controller will be mass-produced for Jianghuai Automobile, and the electronic brake system will be developed in cooperation with Wuling Industry, which is expected to be mass-produced by the end of 2023. In 2023, the electronic oil pump-clutch pump control was officially mass-produced in Dongfeng Nissan, and the electric gull wing door system was developed for Guangzhou Automobile Ai'an Guangzhou Automobile Research Institute, which is expected to be mass-produced by the end of 2023, and the cooling fan controller was developed for Shengjie, which is expected to be mass-produced by the end of 2023. "

 After the report, an enterprise matchmaking meeting will be held. More than 10 enterprise representatives had a heated discussion on the latest hot technologies and development direction of the new energy intelligent networked automobile industry, and conducted on-site docking according to the demands and needs of enterprises to promote cooperation and industrial development among enterprises.
