From July 11th to 13th, 2023 electronica China Show was grandly held in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Electronica China, as a grand industry event in 2023, aims to conform to the development trend and demand of the electronics industry. This exhibition attracted more than 1,600 upstream and downstream enterprises to participate in the exhibition.

At this electronica China, WeEn Semiconductor exhibited power discrete devices including silicon carbide device combination, Si-MOSFET, thyristor and power diode, IGBT and various types of power modules, such as bipolar power module, silicon carbide module and IGBT module. Abundant product series can cover all aspects of photovoltaic energy storage, industry and new energy vehicle application, and can provide customized solutions according to customer needs.
In the demonstration of SCR product solutions, WeEn focuses on the advantages of SCR planar design process, which has the maximum working junction temperature of 150 ℃, low leakage current and excellent reliability. It is worth mentioning that some packages have passed UL1557 insulation certification, and the isolation withstand voltage capability of up to 2500V can provide users with higher security.

In the terminal application demonstration scheme, WeEn's fourth generation 650V fast recovery diode has outstanding performance, which has the characteristics of high withstand voltage, low leakage current, fast recovery speed and strong avalanche resistance. Relying on optimized terminal design and advanced life control technology, it has excellent EMI performance and world-class reliability, and has been widely adopted by consumer and industrial customers. In addition, SJ-MOSFET with high withstand voltage, low internal resistance and excellent Rsp (on) can provide extremely low switching loss and excellent electromagnetic interference capability on the premise of improving power density, and is also suitable for switching power supply, communication power supply, photovoltaic energy storage and automobile charging pile.
Since 2011, in the field of third-generation semiconductors, WeEn has continuously developed and launched a variety of silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor devices, with a cumulative shipment of 40 million units. At present, WeEn SiC diode products have been developed for six generations, with 1.26 V ultra-low Vf. The second generation SiC MOSFET products have achieved the lowest specific conductance in the industry: Ron, sp=2. 6m Ω · cm2. The third generation of trench gate products is currently under development.

In addition, on July 25th, WeEn Module Factory, a module production factory wholly owned by WeEn Semiconductor, will be grandly opened and officially put into operation. WeEn Module Factory covers an area of over 11,000 square meters. More than 100 advanced machines have been introduced in Phase I, and dozens of different module packages have been released and are being developed. The factory's fully automatic module production line has a variety of process options, such as lead-free soldering and silver sintering of chips, pin-press fit and ultrasonic soldering of terminals, aluminum wire binding and copper sheet connection, etc., all of which are developed and mass produced by experienced technicians in the industry.
