Since the establishment of the company in 2016, a series of products such as MCU, high-voltage LDO and MOSFET/IGBT have been launched one after another, and have fully entered the terminal nodes in the body domain, including steering water lights, window door switches, intelligent wipers and electric seat controllers, etc. At the same time, they have also been applied to the fields of vehicle-mounted wireless charging and intelligent atmosphere lights in the cockpit domain, and have now expanded to the field of electronic control systems for new energy vehicles. By the end of April, 2022, Sine Microelectronics Cooperative Car Factory includes many well-known domestic car factories such as SAIC-GM, Ford and JMC, Shanghai General Motors Wuling, Guangzhou Automobile Group, GAC and Xpeng. Tens of millions of chips have been accumulated in front of automobiles, covering the body domain, cockpit domain and new energy vehicle power domain, and the number of truck factories and assembled models ranks among the top in China.
In addition to automotive electronics, Sine's MCU + power device combination is also used in industrial and consumer electronics fields, especially in motor control, intelligent lamps and wireless chargers, and is famous in the industry for its competitive advantages of highly cost performance and complete chip combination.
Facing the development opportunity of automotive electronic control SoC chip industry, Sien Microelectronics has defined the development business model of taking the main control MCU as the core, supplemented by supporting power devices and power management chips, and providing a platform package scheme for the intellectualization and electrification of automotive bicycles.
