XINERGY Microelectronics (referred to as "XINERGY") was established in Xiamen Torch Park in 2018. It is a professional semiconductor chip and scheme design company dedicated to the research, development, design and application of third generation semiconductors. In recent years, the company has been developing strongly, launching strategic cooperation with XIAMEN TUNGSTEN in 2019, the first isolated gate driver IC, smooth mass production of IGBT single tube and module in 2020, the official listing of GaN MOSFET and SiC MOSFET devices in 2021, and obtaining the first round of equity financing from state-owned funds in 2022.
At present, the main customers of XINERGY are: XIAMEN TUNGSTEN, DIODES (US-Taiwan Semiconductor), GOOGLE, COOLERMASTER, SKYWORTH, CHANGHONG, KELONG, HUALIAN ELECTRONICS, AVADA, TOBTAK, PROTEK, etc.; The main cooperative agents are: WALSIN TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd., HESHUO, FU-LINK, INFELL, HANGYU TONGDA, etc.
The company's target market end customers are distributed in industrial application fields such as frequency converter, electric welding machine, photovoltaic inverter, uninterruptible power supply, water pump, fan, charging pile, automobile main control and electronic control. Before the brand is established at the beginning of the period and there are a lot of achievements, the company plans to rely on the development of brushless motor control schemes for new energy vehicle motors, pumps, fans, ceiling fans and other applications in XIAMEN TUNGSTEN System, and cooperate closely with various project companies as soon as possible to assist them in product development and establish corporate brand and popularity. At present, the whole company is in the stage of steady development. With the blessing of a high-quality R&D team, the products have achieved breakthrough results in recent years. After three years of industrial R&D, mass production improvement and market verification, 36 patents have been put forward. The products cover isolated gate drive IC, IGBT single tube, module, GaN/SiC JBS, MOS devices, etc. The productivity and quality stability of the products are gradually increasing.
After the products have bear fruits, company will actively seek strategic investment partners, introduces supply chain and customer resources, broadens the market layout and opens up product popularity. In 2022, XINERGY series products have appeared at domestic and international conferences such as "2022 China Electric Wit Manufacturing and Innovation Application and Motor Industry Chain Exchange Conference", "2022 Asia-Pacific International Power Products and Technology Exhibition" and "Xiamen Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Application Exhibition". In 2022, XINERGY completed the first round of equity financing, and Chuanghe Xincai (Xiamen) Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Chuanghe Xincai") became the second largest shareholder of the Company. This round of capital injection unites national funds, local government guidance funds and well-known listed enterprises, and jointly promotes XINERGY to open a new chapter of leap-forward innovation and development.
It is reported that in the future, XINERGY will continue to focus on the new energy market, take photovoltaics and new energy vehicles as the main development direction, and on the basis of continuously improving the 650V/1200V IGBT product line, complete the mass production of 1700V products, and complete the batch launch of 1200V SiC MOSFET products to the market, promote the planning of 1700 SiC MOSFET product line, and develop multi-channel isolation drive IC conforming to the vehicle regulations (AEC-Q101)
At present, the company's products cover a wide range of power device product lines. Excellent gate oxide reliability; Extremely low switching loss and conduction loss; Drive compatible with silicon-based MOSFET and IGBT (+ 18V); Adequate short circuit and avalanche resistance. It is used in vehicle OBC, inverter, charging module, rail transit, new energy power generation, motor drive, energy storage system and other fields.
- Gate driving IC
XN2811
A single-channel isolated gate driver compatible with optocoupler has better common-mode transient immunity, longer service life (better reliability), wider temperature range, higher consistency of propagation delay parameters between chips and more cost advantages than traditional optocouplers. Moreover, pin2pin is compatible with the mainstream gate-driven optocoupler series products in the market, and its package and current drive are consistent with them, so it is the best product to replace the photoelectric isolated gate driver at present. It is used in motor driver, high voltage DC-DC converter UPS, frequency converter, electric vehicle (EV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), solar inverter and other fields.
