CLOUD MINDS Robot: Has a series of cloud robot products, focusing on business + life services

 

Cloud Minds was founded in 2015. Its main products include cloud intelligent architecture, humanoid service cloud robots, functional cloud robots, general artificial intelligence platforms, etc. Cloud Minds has a full-stack technology solution for cloud robots (cloud brain + safety net + robot), and has successfully commercialized cloud robots. In the field of humanoid robots, Dashai has launched Ginger1, Ginger2, Xiaozi XR4 and other products, which are mainly used in hotels, schools, supermarkets, industrial parks and other life scenes.

Dada humanoid robot Ginger1

Cloud Minds at the 2019 Mobile World Congress, Ginger1 is a cloud-based intelligent robot independently developed by Dattech with high-precision visual guidance, flexible grasping and control capabilities. Ginger1 has flexible joints with 34 degrees of freedom, covering the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, waist, knees, and chassis. It can realize functions such as intelligent grasping, autonomous walking, automatic obstacle avoidance, and automatic balance. In addition, Ginger1.0 is equipped with multiple 2D/3D cameras, lidar, ultrasonic sensing, IMU, force sensing, microphone array, etc., which can achieve multi-layer three-dimensional perception. It is mainly used in welcome tours, commercial promotions, program performances, education and scientific research, elderly care and other fields. The current retail price on JD.com is 698,000 yuan.

Cloud Minds humanoid robot Ginger2

Ginger2 was launched at the 2022 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. It is 160cm tall, weighs 89kg, has dexterous hands with 7 degrees of freedom, can bear a load of 5kg, and has a battery life of more than 24 hours. Compared with the first-generation robot, Ginger2 increases the number of flexible joints from 34 to 41, adopts a new generation of intelligent flexible joints-SCA2.0 technology and a variety of sensors, and relies on visual sensing, dexterous hands and AI algorithms to achieve high-level Accurate and intelligent grabbing. Ginger2 has visual and laser positioning and navigation capabilities, enabling precise positioning and autonomous walking. In addition, Ginger2 has multiple hardware expansion interfaces throughout its body, which can realize the control capabilities of various peripheral tools. At present, Ginger2 is mainly used in health care and nursing care, welcome tours, education and scientific research, live broadcast sales, shopping mall promotions, cleaning, education and scientific research and other fields.

Cloud Minds humanoid robot "Seven Fairies" Xiaozi-XR4

Xiaozi XR-4 with 60+ flexible joints and 600N·m torque has strong sports performance. In August 2023, Dalma exhibited its new robot product "Seven Fairies" Xiaozi XR-4 at the World Robot Conference. XR4 is 165cm tall and weighs 65kg. The whole body is made of lightweight and high-strength carbon fiber composite materials. It has 60+ intelligent flexible joints. It uses a parallel drive structure and a high torque density motor. The peak torque of a single leg is as high as 600N·m, making it highly sensitive and dynamic. Movement improves the overall performance of the robot and reduces its weight, making it capable of a wider range of service scenarios.

Large model empowerment + independent intelligent training make Xiaozi XR-4 highly intelligent. Xiaozi XR-4 supports real-time access to Cloud Minds Cloud Brain, and is empowered by the multi-modal large model RobotGPT. It has multi-modal fusion perception, cognition, decision-making and behavior generation capabilities, thereby achieving high-performance embodied intelligence and able to Work with capabilities close to human intelligence. In addition, Xiaozi XR-4 completes independent intelligent training based on the deep reinforcement learning of digital twins. It can generate a variety of gaits and movements for the robot, achieving balanced standing, graceful gait, and dexterous operation of both arms and hands.
