Recently, the self-developed and self-produced 314Ah high-performance energy storage cells of China Energy Construction Investment Company Zhongneng Ruixin were successfully delivered, which will be applied to the integration of animal husbandry, photovoltaic and storage (Phase I) project in Shapotou District, Ningxia China Energy Construction Investment Co., Ltd. This marks a breakthrough in the field of electrochemical energy storage and injects new impetus into the development of China's new energy industry.
At present, the energy storage cell market is showing a vigorous development trend. As the global demand for clean energy continues to rise, the installed capacity of new energy continues to expand, and the market demand for energy storage, as a key means to solve the problem of intermittent and fluctuating new energy power generation, is growing rapidly. At the technical level, energy storage cells with high energy density, long cycle life and high safety have become the focus and development direction of research and development, and major enterprises and scientific research institutions have increased investment to promote technological innovation. From the perspective of the market structure, the leading enterprises continue to expand their market share by virtue of technology, production capacity and brand advantages, and the industry concentration is gradually increasing.
The Shapotou District Integration Project is a key project in the field of new energy in Ningxia, with an installed capacity of 400MW and a 220MW/880MWh energy storage system. The local climate environment is harsh, and the requirements for the cycle performance, adaptability and operating temperature of the energy storage cells are extremely high, and it is necessary to meet the stable operation of -30°C to 55°C.

The design of the PFA temperature resistant seal further improves the environmental adaptability and reliability of the battery, ensuring that the battery can still operate safely and stably in harsh environments.
In order to ensure the high-quality production and delivery of the project, Zhongneng Ruixin has added more than 20 foreign body control measures, and improved a number of production standards such as gap standards after entering the shell, ultrasonic welding appearance standards, and capacity separation temperature standards, so as to ensure product quality from the source.
