Cincoze Announces the DV-1100 Industrial Computer for Edge Computing

Cincoze, a well-recognized manufacturer of rugged embedded computers, has launched the DV-1100 industrial computer series designed specifically for edge computing applications. Since its release, the series has quickly become the focus of the world's largest edge computing projects with its combination of superior computing performance and key I/O capabilities. The DV-1100 is ideal for applications that require fast processing of large amounts of images, complex data calculations, and high-speed data transmission, such as machine vision, license plate recognition, and smart logistics.

The DV-1100 industrial computer series has demonstrated excellent performance in the following areas:

Product counting and color detection in machine vision

In the field of high-speed product inspection, machine vision is gradually replacing manual inspection as the first choice for efficiency and accuracy. The DV-1100 is powered by a 13th/12th Gen Intel® Core™ i9 processor (24 cores) with an Intel® Xe UHD 770 GPU for superior image classification performance, and supports up to 32GB of DDR5 memory (4800MHz) and high-speed NVMe SSD storage. With 2.5G LAN and 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2x1 I/O interfaces, cameras, sensors, and light sources can be easily connected to the DV-1100. At the same time, DV-1100 has passed the United States UL safety certification and EMC standard for industrial environments (EN 61000-6-2/4) to ensure stable operation in harsh environments.

Parking lot license plate recognition

The license plate recognition system can automatically recognize vehicle license plates and control entrances and exits, improving the efficiency and convenience of parking lot management. As the core of the license plate recognition system, the DV-1100 delivers superior computing performance and supports real-time image processing. Its compact body design (224.1 x 162 x 62 mm) effectively solves the problem of limited installation space. Large license plate image data can be stored in the DV-1100's 2.5-inch HDD/SSD slot, while M.2 Key B, E, and M slots support wireless connectivity (e.g., 5G, WiFi, GNSS) and storage expansion. The DV-1100's high standard of industrial-grade protection design and its wide temperature (-40°C to 70°C) and wide voltage (9 to 48 VDC) characteristics make it ideal for outdoor parking license plate recognition applications.

Automatic mail sorter

In the modern postal system, automatic mail sorters equipped with OCR technology are able to quickly sort and process large volumes of mail. Decheng's patented expansion module technology adds HDMI, DisplayPort, COM and DIO interfaces to the DV-1100, enabling it to connect to a wide range of sensors, cameras and scanners. The DV-1100 also provides superior protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) and meets the United States Military Shock Standard (MIL-STD-810H) to ensure reliability and stability in continuous vibration environments.

As a rugged embedded computer brand, Cincoze has been committed to providing a variety of embedded computer solutions that meet the needs of the market. The launch of the DV-1100 industrial computer series has undoubtedly injected new vitality into the field of edge computing, helping enterprises achieve more efficient and intelligent data processing and analysis.
