Entegris, a leading supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-tech industries, recently announced a long-term supply agreement with Onsemi, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient power semiconductors. Under the agreement, Entegris will provide Onsemi with a range of custom chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) solutions for silicon carbide (SiC) applications.

Entegris is an industry leader in CMP solutions with its comprehensive range of CMP solutions, including polishing slurries, polishing pads, brushes, and post-CMP cleaners, that support the mass production of SiC wafers.
