Infineon Introduces the CoolGaN 700V G4 Power Transistor Series

Infineon has introduced the CoolGaN transistor 700V G4 product family, which is said to have high performance power conversion efficiency in the voltage range of up to 700V.

The CoolGaN 700V G4 family is a testament to Infineon's commitment to innovation and performance. This series includes 13 devices covering 700V voltage levels and on-resistance ranges from 20mΩ to 315mΩ. The granularity of this device specification allows for the precise selection of components that can be optimized for specific applications, ensuring maximum electrical and thermal system performance while remaining cost-effective.

Main features of CoolGaN 700V G4
