SIGLENT Announces its New Four Channel DC Power Supply SPD4000X

Recently, SIGLENT launched a SPD4000X series of programmable DC inductors. The series is available in three versions with a minimum resolution of 1mV/1mA and four independent programmable outputs. Total output power options are 240W, 285W, or 400W. If you want to increase the voltage or current output, you can connect CH2 and CH3 internally in series or parallel at the push of a button.

The most striking feature of the SPD4000X series DC power supplies is their four independently controllable high-precision outputs. Whether it is a total power configuration of 240W, 285W or 400W, it can meet the needs of different scale experiments. The advanced electronic design of this series of power supplies ensures high-precision measurement of voltage and current, with a voltage resolution of up to 1mV and a current resolution of up to 1mA, providing researchers with unprecedented precise control.

The SPD4000X series has built-in USB and LAN standard communication interfaces, and supports the optional USB-GPIB module. This allows the user to communicate and control the power supply in a variety of ways. Whether it's a local connection or remote access, it's easy to set up, monitor, and analyze data for power supplies.

In addition, the SPD4000X series is equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display, which provides a high-resolution display effect for clear real-time waveform trend graphs. Users can not only intuitively understand the output status of the four channels, but also distinguish different channels by color, which greatly improves the convenience and efficiency of operation.

In addition to the basic high-precision output, the SDP4000X series is equipped with a range of powerful functions to meet the needs of different application scenarios. For example, the built-in sequence editing function allows users to edit the waveform of voltage and current over time to set up to 50 step sequences with a time accuracy of less than 50ms, which is especially important for test scenarios that need to simulate complex power supply conditions. In addition, the SPD4000X series is also equipped with the remote voltage compensation Sense function as standard, which can compensate up to 0.6V voltage, which effectively ensures the stability and accuracy of the load voltage. This feature is particularly suitable for high-precision testing or applications with long cables, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.

In terms of operation and communication, the SPD4000X series also excels. It supports local and U disk storage functions, and users can save the setting parameters in a local or external U disk for easy recall at any time. At the same time, the power supply also has built-in USB and LAN standard communication interfaces, and can be equipped with an optional USB-GPIB module, supporting SCPI programmable command set and LabView driver package, making remote programming and communication easier and faster.

With the rapid development of new energy, wireless communication, consumer electronics and other fields, the demand for high-precision and multi-functional DC power supply is increasing. The introduction of the SIGLENT SPD4000X series undoubtedly provides a more efficient and reliable test solution for these areas. In the future, the SPD4000X series will continue to lead a new era of DC power technology with its excellent performance and rich functions, and contribute more to the development of the field of electronic test and measurement.
