1. High-performance AI inference capabilities
This solution is equipped with the MemryX MX3 AI inference accelerator card, which packages four MX3 AI chips to the M.2 2280 expansion card, providing up to 20 TOPS computing performance. Each MX3 AI chip can achieve 5 TOPS per watt of computing power, and supports floating-point (BF16) operations to ensure high accuracy of inference results.
2. Independent memory design, does not occupy system resources
The MX3 AI chip has a built-in 10.5MB of static random access memory, which does not need to occupy the RAM resources of the main system during operation, thus reducing the impact on the overall performance of the system and ensuring efficient operation.

The solution supports up to 16 MX3 AI chips in series, and realizes flexible performance expansion through modular design to meet the computing requirements of different scenarios.
4. Optimal Data Flow Optimization
Through intelligent routing and caching mechanisms, the internal design of the module minimizes the frequency of data movement, improves processing performance and reduces latency, while reducing energy consumption.
5. Cost-effective and low power consumption
Combined with the Rockchip RK3588 platform and the MemryX MX3 AI chip, the solution consumes only about 14W and can run about 480 frames per second (YOLOv8) of object detection, achieving a perfect balance between high performance and low power consumption.
