Corelinx DAC-CL4660

The CL4660 digital-to-analog converter (DAC) is a 16-bit high-precision, low-power, voltage output device. The CL4660 is designed to be monotonic and provide less than 1LSB linearity. The device includes a 2.5V, 5ppm/˚C internal reference that provides a full-scale output voltage range of 1.25V, 2.5V, or 5V. The CL4660 incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up at zero or midscale and remains there until valid code is written to the device. These devices consume a low 1mA current and feature a power-down feature that reduces current consumption to 1.6µA (typ) at 5V. The CL4660 uses a universal 3-wire SPI serial interface operating at clock frequencies up to 50MHz.
