Zhaoxin server processor Kaisheng® KH-30000 series processor

Kaisheng®KH-30000 series processor is a general-purpose server SoC processor product independently developed by Zhaoxin. It is the first processor chip in China to adopt 16nm CMOS process technology. It adopts HFCBGA packaging technology with a size of 35mm x 35mm and is integrated into a single chip. 8 core CPUs, dual-channel DDR4 memory controller (can support ECC UDIMM/RDIMM), and general peripheral interfaces such as PCIe 3.0, SATA, USB, etc., are well compatible with the mainstream hardware configuration environment in the market. The CPU core adopts a superscalar, multi-issue, out-of-order execution architecture design, supports dual-channel interconnection technology between chips, is compatible with the latest x86 instruction set, and can support 64-bit systems and CPU hardware virtualization technology. It also supports SM3/SM4 national encryption algorithms and can provide hardware-based data encryption protection.
