SJT0281NPN NPN low-frequency high-power tube is manufactured using Silan Microelectronics' advanced silicon planar process. The use of advanced technologies such as triple diffusion, ultra-low density crystal defects, polyimide passivation, and thin chips less than 200 microns makes SJT0281NPN thermally efficient. It has the characteristics of low resistance, high power dissipation and good reliability. Optimized chip structure design and packaging design improve the device's ability to withstand secondary breakdown. This product is mainly used in the power output stage of audio power amplifiers such as household appliances, AV equipment, professional audio equipment, car audio, etc. It has the characteristics of wide linear range and low distortion. The SJT0281NPN transistor adopts TO-3P package shape. Complementary PNP tube paired with SJT0281NPN: SJT0302PPN.
