SU0504A6G/SAG is a four-channel voltage rail clamped high-current transient voltage suppression device. Each channel contains a pair of ESD discharge current steering diodes to guide the positive and negative electrostatic discharge currents to the forward clamp respectively. voltage terminal and negative clamping voltage terminal. In addition, a voltage regulator tube is integrated inside the device. Generally, during application, the negative clamping end of SU0504A6G/SAG is connected to the ground wire of the protected circuit. In this way, the positive discharge current flows to the ground wire through the built-in voltage regulator tube, protecting the power supply terminal of the protected circuit. SU0504A6G/SAG is suitable for ESD protection of USB2.0
