The L-band transceiver is a highly integrated radio frequency transceiver chip that supports multi-channel transceiver. The frequency band covers the entire L-band and the bandwidth supports up to 200MHz. It adopts superheterodyne structure and the intermediate frequency filter is external. Provide customized development services according to different application requirements. The TGMJ005P1 chip integrates single-transmit and dual-receive channels and channel local oscillator sources. It supports two working modes: FDD and TDD. It has the advantages of flexibility, high performance and low power consumption, and can be applied to 3G/4G micro and macro base station equipment. The device operates in the frequency range of 0.7GHz to 2GHz.
