Silan Microelectronics SSR flyback control circuit SDH8635

SDH8635 is a current mode PWM+PFM controller with built-in high-voltage MOSFET, high-voltage starting constant current source and external sampling resistor for switching power supply. SDH8635 has a built-in high-voltage starting constant current source and low standby power consumption. There are multiple control modes: under heavy load, it works in PWM mode; under light load, it works in PFM mode to improve conversion efficiency; under no load, it enters hiccup mode to reduce standby power consumption. SDH8635 has frequency jittering function to reduce EMI. The built-in peak current compensation circuit can make the maximum output power consistent when inputting different AC voltages. The built-in soft-start function can reduce the stress on the transformer during power-on and prevent transformer saturation. SDH8635 integrates comprehensive abnormal state protection functions, including leading edge blanking (LEB), cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, VCC overvoltage protection (OVP), output overload protection (OLP) and over-temperature protection (OTP), etc. SDH8635 supports a maximum output power of 24W in the full voltage range.
