1. High performance architecture design

The N32A455 series is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, operates at 144MHz, supports floating point operations and DSP instructions, has a built-in 8KB instruction Cache, and supports the Flash acceleration unit to execute programs with zero wait. The chip is configured with 144KB SRAM, 512KBytes embedded encrypted Flash, and the performance reaches 180 DMIPS.

2. Rich analog peripheral reduction system design

• 4 12bit 5Msps high-speed ADCs: configurable in 12/10/8/6bit mode, the sampling rate in 6bit mode is up to 9Msps, supports up to 38 external sampling channels, supports single-ended input and differential input;

• 4 rail-to-rail operational amplifiers: built-in maximum 32x programmable gain amplification;

• Up to 7 high-speed analog comparators with built-in 64-level adjustable comparison reference;

• 2 12bit DACs: sampling rate 1Msps.

3. The chip integrates CAN and LIN bus communication interfaces commonly used in automobiles, making expansion more flexible:

• 2 CAN 2.0A/B bus interfaces;

• 7 LIN/U(S)ART interfaces: the maximum rate is 4.5 Mbps, including 3 USART interfaces (supporting 1xISO7816, 1xIrDA, SmartCard) and 4 UART interfaces;

• 3 SPI interfaces: speed up to 36 MHz, 2 of which support I2S;

• 1 QSPI interface: rate up to 144 Mbps;

• 4 I2C interfaces: speed up to 1MHz, configurable master-slave mode, supports dual address response in slave mode;

• 1 SDIO interface: supports SD/MMC format.

4. Hardware-level security protection

The N32A455 series inherits the unique chip-level hardware security technology of the National Technology N32 series products and has a built-in cryptographic algorithm hardware acceleration engine that supports AES, DES/3DES, SHA1/224/256, SM1, SM3, SM4, SM7, MD5 and other cryptographic algorithms. The chip adopts multiple security protection mechanisms such as Flash storage encryption, multi-user partition management, write protection (WRP), multiple read protection (RDP) levels (L0/L1/L2), encrypted download, etc. to protect the core intellectual property of user code.

5. Car-grade high reliability

The N32A455 series is designed and produced using automotive-grade technology, with an operating voltage of 1.8V~3.6V, an operating temperature of -40℃~125℃, and has passed AEC-Q100 automotive grade certification.
