Silan Microelectronics fast shutdown synchronous rectification controller SD8524H

SD8524H is a high-performance, fast-turnoff synchronous rectification control chip with built-in MOS. Replaces Schottky diodes in high-performance isolated power topology applications to improve system efficiency. It can work with the primary-side chip in CCM, DCM, and QR working modes. SD8524H adopts built-in VCC power supply technology and integrates two power supply modes: high-voltage power supply and output power supply. Built-in slope detection function to prevent false switching during the resonance stage.
