The chip is a high-performance and low-power MCU based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F core. It has large capacity, wide temperature range, With the characteristics of low power consumption, high stability, high reliability and high integration, it can be widely used in industrial control, server system control, advanced motor control, inverters, micro printers, sensor smart homes, IoT gateways and other application fields. The UM324xF series is an industrial-grade processor chip with high performance and low power consumption ARM® Cortex®-M4F core. Among them, the M4 processor core supports DSP instruction set, single-precision floating point unit (FPU), and memory protection unit (MPU). The M4 core operating frequency can reach up to 204MHz. The maximum capacity of built-in FLASH is 512KB, which can be expanded externally through the high-speed QSPI interface with acceleration unit (maximum capacity to 4MB), and the maximum capacity of SRAM is 160KB. Supports 1.8V – 3.6V wide voltage power supply and is suitable for working in temperatures from -40°C to 105°C (industrial grade). The UM324xF series has rich peripheral resources, including USB FS Device, SDIO, CAN, QSPI, SPI, USART, UART, I2C, I2S and other general peripheral communication interfaces, ADC, DAC, OPA, ACMP and other analog interfaces, as well as LPUART, LPTIMER and other ultra-low power module interfaces. Supports both digital camera interface (DCMI) and I8080 LCD display interface. Built-in 19 timers (2 32-bit advanced timers, 10 32-bit general-purpose timers, 2 32-bit basic timers, 2 32-bit low-power timers, 1 32-bit IWDT, 1 WWDT, 1 SYSTICK timer) and 1 RTC.
