Silan Microelectronics PFC driver circuit SD7528

The SD7528 is a high-performance, critical conduction mode power factor correction (PFC) controller that integrates a high-performance linear multiplier to reduce the distortion of the AC input current. SD7528 controls the output voltage through an internal voltage mode error amplifier and a precise internal reference voltage, and the power consumption is very low: only a maximum of 10μA before startup, and the operating current is less than 5.5mA. SD7528 integrates an enable function internally, which can control the shutdown or opening of the circuit. It also integrates an effective two-step overvoltage protection module, which can safely handle overvoltage conditions that occur at startup or when the load is disconnected.
