Changsha Jinwei Dolphin-1 Beidou-3 high-precision baseband chip

Dolphin 1 and Beidou 3 high-precision satellite navigation baseband chips have complete intellectual property rights and are the first full-system, full-frequency satellite navigation high-precision baseband chips in China to be taped out. The chip adopts SoC architecture, 40nm low-power technology, and internally integrates multiple independent RNSS/RDSS, GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO signal processing channels. The chip provides a self-developed high-performance hardware accelerator and is the first navigation chip in the country to support 100Hz-level high-precision positioning and on-chip satellite inertial combination, which can provide continuous precise positioning and timing in highly dynamic and complex environments.
