Corelink SAR ADC-CL1272

CL1272 is a 12-bit ADC for data acquisition systems, operating from a single 5V supply voltage. CL1272 can be programmed through the software of the serial interface to control the input range: 0~5V, ±5V, 0~10V, ±10V. CL1272 has a conversion rate of 87.5ksps and an internal integrated 4.096V reference source. CL1272 has four programmable power saving modes (delayed standby, immediate standby, delayed full power off, immediate full power off). In standby mode, the internal reference remains active, eliminating startup delays.
