Corelink SAR ADC-CL1616

CL1616 is a 16-bit DAS that supports dual-channel simultaneous sampling of 16 channels. The CL1616 operates from a single 5 V supply and can handle ±10 V, ±5 V, and ±2.5 V true bipolar input signals while sampling at up to 1 MSPS throughput and 90 dB SNR per channel pair. Higher SNR performance can be achieved using on-chip oversampling mode. The input clamp protection circuit tolerates voltages up to ±18 V. The analog input impedance of the CL1616 is 1 MΩ regardless of the sampling frequency. Single-supply operation with on-chip filtering and high input impedance eliminates the need to drive op amps and external bipolar power supplies. The device features built-in analog input clamp protection, a dual 16-bit charge redistribution SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, 2.5 V reference and reference buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interface. CL1616 is compatible with Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)/QSPI/DSP/MICROWIRE.
