CoreBai Microelectronics Quadrature Digital Upconverter-CBM99D57BQ

CBM99D57 can implement I/Q modulator and upconverter functions in a variety of high-end communication systems. CBM99D57 internally integrates a high-speed direct digital synthesizer (DDS), a high-speed 14-bit analog-to-analog converter (DAC), a clock multiplier circuit, a digital filter and other DSP functions. The chip provides baseband frequency conversion for data transmission in wired or wireless communication systems and delivers outstanding performance in terms of speed, power consumption and spectrum performance. The chip supports 16-bit serial input I/Q baseband data and can be programmed to be a single-frequency sine wave signal source or interpolation DAC mode. The chip can implement a high-speed internal sampling clock through an internal oscillator, a high-speed divide-by-two circuit, and a low-noise phase-locked loop (PLL).
