EC616 is an ultra-low-cost, ultra-low power consumption and ultra-highly integrated NB-IoT SoC chip completely independently developed by Shanghai Yixin Communication Technology Co., Ltd. It fully supports the 3GPP R13/R14 NB-IoT standard. EC616 single-chip integrates RF transceiver, PA, and power management, greatly reducing the number of peripheral components and greatly reducing BOM costs for downstream customers. It supports a wide voltage input of 2.2~4.5V, and the PSM sleep state current is as low as 0.8uA.
