Eigencomm NB-IoT chip EC616S

EC616S is an ultra-low-cost, ultra-low power consumption and ultra-highly integrated NB-IoT SoC chip completely independently developed by Shanghai Egencomm Technology Co., Ltd. It fully supports the 3GPP R13/R14 NB-IoT standard. EC616S single-chip integrates RF transceiver, PA, all RF front-ends and power management, with a very small number of peripheral components, which can significantly reduce BOM costs for downstream customers. It supports a wide voltage input of 2.2~4.5V, and the PSM sleep state current is as low as 0.8uA. EC616S supports low-power UART, the module BOM cost is further reduced, the module PCB area is further reduced, and the minimum size can be 10mm×10mm. With its high integration, ultra-low power consumption and ultra-wide operating voltage range, EC616S has become an ideal choice for NB-IoT applications.
