The BPA8504D series chip is a switching power supply driver chip with high performance, high integration, and low standby power consumption. It is suitable for Buck, Buck-Boost, Flyback and other converter topology applications with full voltage 85~265VAC input. BPA850X4D series chips internally integrate 650V high-voltage MOSFET, high-voltage start-up and self-power supply circuit, current sampling circuit, and adopt advanced control technology to achieve excellent constant voltage output characteristics without external loop compensation, greatly reducing the number of peripheral components, saving system cost and volume while improving reliability
