Bright Power Buck Converter POL BPD60312

BPD60312 is an integrated synchronous buck converter that supports input voltages from 2.7V to 16V, and the output supports 12A DC load. The chip adopts a low quiescent current solution to save power consumption under light load. In order to meet different application requirements, the chip allows users to adjust the MODE pin-to-ground resistance to set the switching frequency, CCM/DCM mode options and internal LDO output. The remote monitoring function of the SENSE+ and SENSE- pins can help the chip achieve more accurate output monitoring. In addition, the chip also provides a soft-start timer that can be flexibly set.
