GC1101 is a RF front-end single chip with fully integrated RF functions for IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee, Bluetooth wireless sensor networks and other 2.4 GHz ISM band wireless systems. GC1101 is a single-chip device implemented using CMOS technology. It integrates a radio frequency power amplifier (PA), a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a chip transceiver switch control circuit. Conventional applications of GC1101 mainly include industrial control automation, smart homes and radio frequency systems that comply with the RF4CE protocol. Due to the chip's very superior performance, high sensitivity and efficiency, low noise, small size and low cost, the GC1101 is a perfect solution for narrowband applications within the ISM frequency bandwidth. The CMOS function control logic circuit of GC1101 is very simple, has low power consumption, and only uses a small number of peripheral devices. It can be very convenient for the overall integrated design of the system. The ESD (HBM) of this product is >+8000V; the sleep power consumption current is <0.5uA.
