The chip adopts 22nm low-power technology and integrates modules such as radio frequency front-end, high-performance multi-mode GNSS baseband processor and embedded microprocessor. It supports 1408 channels and can track BDS B1I/B2I/B3I/B1C/B2a/B2b, GPS L1C/ A/L1C/L2C/L2P(Y)/L5, GLONASS L1/L2/L3, Galileo E1/E5a/E5b/E6, QZSS L1/L2/L5/L6, L-band and other multiple signal frequency points, achieving full system has full-frequency RTK positioning and orientation, and adopts RTK matrix operation co-processor technology, which significantly improves the efficiency of multi-frequency, high-precision data processing. NebulasIV has the characteristics of high integration, high performance, low power consumption, and small size, and is suitable for many high-precision fields such as drones, lawn mowers, precision agriculture, surveying and mapping, intelligent driving, and telecommunications timing. This product adopts advanced technology, with dual-processor master-slave asynchronous architecture, dedicated RTK co-processor technology and UPF low-power technology, and has system-wide full-frequency joint capture and tracking technology (U-HighUnion), anti-interference technology (JamSheild) RTKKEEP technology; easy to integrate, supports both QFN and WLCSP packaging, providing rich hardware resources for different applications.
