Hunan ElecSuper Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise founded in the Changsha Economic Development Zone Integrated Circuit Industry Base by a young and experienced discrete device R&D team led by returned overseas students. It is an integrated circuit design and manufacturing company that specializes in providing full-chip integrated high-performance ESD/TVS design services and ESD/TVS/MOS and other discrete device products.

The company has an experienced discrete device R&D team, and its employees have been selected into the Ministry of Education’s New Century Outstanding Talents, Hunan Province Hundred Talents Plan, Changsha City 3635 Plan, Changsha City High-Level Category C and D, and Changsha Economic Development Zone Backbone Talents (E Category) and other talent plans. A total of 47 national intellectual property rights have been obtained, including 4 invention patents, 18 utility model patents, and 25 integrated circuit layout registrations; 18 invention patents have entered actual review. A total of more than 2,000 test structures have been tested, and breakthroughs have been made in multiple key technologies. It has received support from Changsha Science and Technology Major Projects, Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology Key Projects, Hunan Provincial Mobile Internet Industry Development Special Projects, Changsha City Science and Technology Projects, Changsha City College Student Entrepreneurship Plan and other projects.

In 2015, it was selected as the "Three-Year Action Plan for Recruiting Talents" project of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone; in 2018, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise (re-certified in 2021); in 2020, it was awarded the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; in 2021, it was awarded the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award Specialized and new "Little Giant" enterprise title.
