Beijing MXTRONICS Co., Ltd. is a reorganization of aerospace microelectronics resources by the Ninth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and Aerospace Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., integrating the integrated circuit design resources of Beijing Microelectronics Technology Research Institute and Xi'an Microelectronics Technology Research Institute The joint-stock limited liability company established through integration is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerospace Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.

The company currently has more than 800 employees, 700 of whom specialize in integrated circuit design, development, production (excluding wafer processing) and services; design, development, production and services of semiconductor diodes, transistors and MEMS inertial devices; dedicated board levels Product design, development and service. It is a large-scale backbone engineering research and development unit for large-scale and ultra-large-scale integrated circuit design, packaging, testing, screening, reliability assessment and failure analysis. Its products have covered satellite navigation, communications, computers, automotive electronics and consumer products. In the field of electronic products, a sales network covering the whole country has been formed with Beijing as the focus and the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and northwest regions as the focus. In 2009, Shanghai Yuxin Technology Co., Ltd., controlled by the company, was established in Shanghai and is committed to the research and development and application of SoC chips for personal mobile information terminals.
